This Lexington-based nonprofit wanted more people in their city to know about the work they’re doing to end homelessness and shift the public’s attitude about people experiencing homelessness. I created and implemented a social media strategy that increased engagement by 270%, referral traffic to their website by 91%, and audience size by 35% in six months.

2. CINCINNATI HOME DIALYSIS (CHD)

To compete with national dialysis companies and local facilities, Cincinnati Home Dialysis needed fresh content to improve their SERP position and provide useful content for patients that translates complex medical topics into actionable insights. While writing for them, CHD consistently ranked top in search for their target keywords.

3. ENJOY OXFORD

Oxford, OH has long struggled with the reputation of being a small, rural town with little to do. When the visitors bureau rebranded to Enjoy Oxford, they needed a website that was easy to navigate and that matched the energy of the town. The short, action-driven language I used across the main pages of their site accomplished these goals while keeping them at the top of the SERP for their keywords.

4. RBI SOLAR

RBI Solar wanted to increase their number of quotes and active projects, but their website and social media accounts were wildly underutilized sources of lead generation. The conversion optimization strategy I developed and implemented increased inquiry form submissions from zero to 3,100 and brought nearly 15,000 new visitors to the site in a single year.
